About the Captain

I’m Ryan, the Owner and Captain of Front Line Fishing. I am a USCG-licensed captain, tournament fisherman, and a first responder with a passion for fishing. I fell in love with the giant walleyes of the bay and moved to Green Bay with the intent of opening a guide service to share my passion of fishing with others. 

I have participated in the AIM Walleye Series, earned several top 10 finishes and qualified for the 2022 AIM National Championship. I earned a top ten finish on Lake Petenwell in 2023 in my only Masters Walleye Circuit tournament, several H2H appearances, and a first place finish in the 2023 Sheboygan Walleye Club Fall Fox River Classic Tournament. 

I have expanded my skills from walleye to salmon fishing for a new challenge and to provide more opportunities for clients to put fish in the boat. June and July provide excellent opportunities for big king salmon, with many fish over 20lbs. 

My pledge is to make the safest and most memorable fishing trip for people of all ages.
